The Sleep Disorders Program at the University of Alberta Hospital supports multidisciplinary clinical care, education, and research in sleep medicine. Areas of interest include sleep-disordered breathing, airway research, insomnia, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome. Through collaboration between pulmonary medicine, psychiatry, otolaryngology, pediatrics, dentistry, and allied disciplines, the program contributes to the study, diagnosis, and management of sleep disorders while supporting translational research and professional training.
