The Sleep and Circadian Rhythms Program within Monash University’s Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health is a leading multidisciplinary research program investigating the relationship between sleep, circadian biology, brain function, and mental health. Research spans shift work, occupational health, insomnia, mood disorders, cognitive ageing, women’s health, adolescent development, and elite athletic performance. The program also develops and evaluates innovative behavioural and digital sleep interventions, contributing to translational research, public health, and evidence-based sleep care.
