Affiliated with the University of Victoria, this research program investigates the relationships between sleep, circadian rhythms, cognition, memory, and healthy ageing. Research activities examine how sleep and circadian disruption influence cognitive performance, wellbeing, and age-related health outcomes. Through interdisciplinary collaboration involving psychology, neuroscience, and ageing research, the program contributes to understanding the role of sleep in cognitive health and healthy ageing across the lifespan.
