Based within the School of Psychological Sciences and Health at the University of Strathclyde, the Strathclyde Sleep Centre investigates insomnia, sleep-disordered breathing, and the management of comorbid insomnia and sleep apnea (COMISA). Research interests include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), treatment adherence, digital health interventions, and behavioural approaches to sleep disorders. Through interdisciplinary and translational research, the centre contributes to improving the understanding, treatment, and long-term management of complex sleep conditions and their impact on health and wellbeing.
